The District has the responsibility to be in compliance with County Health and Safety inspections, security of the CDD assets, Public Safety, and of course cleanliness and appearance standards. We are coordinating all parties to try and be ready for opening of the fitness center and pool, subject to contractors and vendors being able to complete their items, as soon as possible.
