Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- We had a new roof leak caused by copula stonework on the exterior of the building, this is already patched and will be repaired at cost to E&L.
- E&L is to inspect the fitness center area to determine if there is any water damages that need ceiling repair.
- Plan is to open the clubhouse/fitness center, and existing pool tentatively by Monday if all safety fencing is completed and fitness center repairs are completed.
- Due to delays in paver delivery, tentative schedule for complete opening is mid August.
