Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Pool pavers delayed until at least July, delaying pool completion until at least July 15, and county inspection/approval as late as mid August.
- Clubhouse and original pool should be ready to open June 1, pending fitness center exterior siding work (delayed by delivery of siding materials).
- Fencing to be complete by June 8, with everything but the new pool to be completed by June 15.
