Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Mold Remediation and the Roof Replacement on the clubhouse is completed.
- Pool equipment was received and expected completion of install is 4/1/23.
- Clubhouse drainage trench has began and expected completion is 3/23/23.
- Landscape, sidewalk, fencing and paving will begin 4/1/23 and complete approx. 4/8/23.
- Estimated Grand Opening date: 5/1/23.
