Here are some updates from the Project Manager regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of: The pool has been poured and plumbing will start within the next week. The pool pump and mechanicals are due to arrive mid-January. The pavilion is constructed, as well as the fitness center expansion, and both are waiting on windows. However, while inspecting the clubhouse, mold was found throughout as well as under the gym roof. As a result, the CDD Board of Supervisors must expand the project to include replacement of the roof, mitigation of the mold, renovation of the clubhouse interior, and improve the drainage (to move water away from the clubhouse foundation). Expected completion remains mid-February to mid-March, depending on window supply and clubhouse interior remodeling after mold remediation.
